Magnolia Healthcare Management (MHCM) is a California corporation whose principal players have been involved in managed healthcare for over two decades.

MHCM currently manages two IPAs (Independent Physician Associations), with the majority of its lives being Medi-Cal patients. The managed groups include:

Physician Health Network - located in San Bernardino, California. Affiliated healthplans include Inland Empire Healthplan and Molina.

McKinley Medical Group - located in Riverside, California. The majority of members are based in Riverside and San Bernardino County and are assigned to either Molina or the Inland Empire Healthplan.
