Magnolia Healthcare Management is a California corporation whose principal players have been involved in managed healthcare for over a decade.

Magnolia Healthcare Management currently manages two IPAs (Independent Physician Associations), with the majority of its lives being Medi-Cal patients. The managed groups include:

Physician Health Network - located in San Bernardino, California. Affiliated healthplans include Inland Empire Healthplan and Molina.

McKinley Medical Group - located in Riverside, California. The majority of members are based in Riverside and San Bernardino County and are assigned to either Molina or the Inland Empire Healthplan.
